How to use the centrifugal spray dryer: 1. Prepare before you start Before starting the spray dryer, please prepare the items needed for the experiment.
Note: To ensure product quality, the equipment must be thoroughly cleaned before use, and whether it is disinfected according to product requirements.
2. Turn on the power of the spray dryer → → turn on the fan, turn on the heater, and set the inlet air temperature → → when the heating temperature reaches the set temperature, start the peristaltic pump to start feeding → → start spray drying
3. Preparations before shutting down the spray dryer: when the feeding liquid is about to be completed, replace the empty powder collector, add fresh water to the feeding bucket, reduce the amount of water entering the atomizer, and keep the outlet temperature unchanged (this Very important otherwise, the moisture content of the medicinal powder remaining in the drying chamber will change); in order to initially clean the atomization plate and feed tube, please rinse with water for about 5 to 10 minutes; then you can turn it off.
Shutdown procedure: turn off the heater → → then turn off the feed pump → → wait until the temperature drops below 60 ℃, then turn off the induced draft fan → → finally turn off the power.
4. Equipment cleaning After turning off the power of the equipment, open the door of the drying chamber to clean the walls and bottom of the drying chamber and the powder accumulated near the centrifugal atomizer, and then clean the equipment.
