1. Product overview
The granulation spray drying unit is a multi-purpose unit developed by reference to advanced technology at home and abroad after many experiments. It is widely used in the spray drying process of chemical, light industry, food and other industries. The unit has the advantages of short heating time, high thermal efficiency, and complete dust removal system.
The core device of the unit is a granulation atomizer. In this way, the liquid is atomized into micron-sized droplets and then quickly dried by hot air. The dried particles are recovered through the bottom receiving bottle, and the powder is recovered through the cyclone separator. The maximum designed air inlet temperature is 250°C, and the outlet air temperature is about 145°C.
The material of the drying tower body and accessories is selected by the customer. The heat source required for drying hot air, the electric heating power is about 25KW.
The arrangement of equipment can be arranged according to the actual needs of users.
The granulation spray dryer is a set of granulation spray dryer independently developed by Shanghai Qiaofeng. QFN-ZL series granulation spray dryer (exclusive to Qiao Feng) has a special dual gas liquid feeding granulation nozzle, a major domestic innovation, which directly transforms uniform spherical droplets into particles through uniform heat.
It can be used in experiments and small-scale production, with good particle ball precision and uniform particles. Because of its small size, it can be installed in ordinary laboratories. The core accessories are all imported equipment, and other accessories are produced by well-known domestic manufacturers to ensure product stability and safety.

The air flow adjustment of the inner ring and outer ring can achieve satisfactory particle size requirements.
The cap design inside the tower can more effectively intercept the target particles.
